Feasibility work for a series of historic listed buildings in a
Conservation Area in South London

Feasibility work for a series of historic listed
buildings and later development dating from the 17th Century. to
the 1950's on a 1.5 acre site in a Conservation Area in South London.
The study was for a new healthcare use in the 3200 sq.m. of existing
buildings with a small amount of new build extensions.

Feasibility study for 3.3 hectare site in South London

Feasibility study for 3.3 hectare site in South
London, comprising circa 5500 sq.m. of buildings, dating from 1790
onwards, with Grade II Listed Buildings; set in a landscaped garden
which is included in English Heritage's Register of Parks and Gardens
as being of Special Historical interest. Site within a Conservation
Area and with many Tree Preservation Orders.
The study was for a new healthcare use, involving
removal of unprotected buildings, rationalisation of vehicular and
pedestrian routes, enhancement and refurbishment of the Listed Building
stock, new buildings of some 3000 sq.m. and review of site services.

1990,
Horringer Court , Bury St. Edmunds Suffolk for Horringer Court Ltd:

Major expansion of existing Nursing Home property,
an unlisted Edwardian Mansion within an 15 acre wooded site of which
some 11 acres comprised a Site of Special Scientific Interest, (
SSSI ).
Planning consent was obtained by Richard Lyon
and Associates in 1989 for a 52 bedroom, 4 storey extension to the
property which also included a rehabilitation area with pool and
physiotherapy areas.
This scheme has, so far, not been implemented.
It is currently run as a residential home for the elderly, dual
registered for 28 patients.
